2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the legal gambling age in your province or country, whichever is higher) to create an account or buy tickets.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.

4. Ticket purchases

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been submitted to the draw operator it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Draw results are determined by the official operator and are final.

5. Prizes and payouts

Prizes are paid according to the rules of the underlying operator. Larger prizes may require identity verification and, where applicable, in-person collection in the country of the draw.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes and do not interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EspaceJeeux is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
